TYTAN™ AP100

TYTAN™ AP100 by Borica is a titanium phosphate complex which acts as an adhesion promoter.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers improved gloss and pigment dispersion.</li> <li> Its alkoxy groups can react with resins to promote adhesion and cross-linking, while the chelating agents stabilize the molecule.</li> <li>It contains no acetylacetonate and features minimal odor and color.</li> <li>It is compatible with nitrocellulose, polyamide and polyurethane systems.</li> <li> Promotes adhesion of solvent based inks to a variety of plastics used for food packaging or other purposes.</li> <li> Applies to the most stringent contemporary legislation on registration of the ECB.</li> <li>TYTAN™ AP100 is suitable for flexible packaging films, and flexographic and gravure inks.</li></ul>

TYTAN™ AQZ30

TYTAN™ AQZ30 by Borica is a triethanolamine zirconate-based adhesion promoter and cross-linking agent. It is an environment-friendly grade which readily hydrolyses in water to produce a hydroxyl zirconium chelate.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It can readily crosslink with –OH and –COOH groups in solvent and aqueous systems to form strong gels.</li> <li> Offers prevention against yellowing of the polymer in use.</li> <li> TYTAN™ AQZ30 is suitable for both water-borne and solvent-borne coatings and ink applications.</li></ul>

TYTAN™ AP20

TYTAN™ AP20 by Borica acts as an adhesion promoter. It is based on titanium acetylacetonate with ethanol and isopropanol. It is not sensitive to crystallization and provides improved stability. It shows compatibility with nitrocellulose, polyurethane and polyamide systems.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> Promotes adhesion of inks to a variety of plastics used for food packaging or other purposes.</li> <li> Offers improved pigment distribution and heat-sealing resistance.</li> <li> Allows perfect hiding power and appearance of printing on otherwise problematic substrates.</li> <li> It is more user-friendly as the addition of ethanol strongly reduces the pour point and possibility for crystallization at low to normal temperatures.</li> <li> It is only recommended for solvent-based inks and coating systems.</li> <li> TYTAN™ AP20 is suitable for use in flexographic and gravure inks, as well as in flexible packaging films.</li></ul>
