Bis (1,2,2,6,6 - pentamethyl -4 - piperidinyl) sebacate and 1 - methyl - 8 - (1,2,2,6,6 - pentamethyl -4 -a mixture of piperidine) sebacate. It acts as a (HALS) light stabilizer. It appears as a white to light yellow powder and effectively prevents luster-ness of the coating sunlight prolonged sun exposure, avoid cracking and produces spots. Occurrence of burst and surface stripping, thereby greatly improves the life of the coating. It produces a synergistic effect with UV absorbers.
