Lapox® ARFM-14 (XR-106) by Atul is a reactive diluent modified epoxy resin based on bisphenol-A/F blend suitable for solvent-free & high solid coatings. Offers low color and good resistance to crystallization at low temperature. It can be suitably formulated either alone or in combination with other epoxy resins and diluents for floor toppings. It is used as room temperature curing systems in combination with aliphatic polyamines, cycloaliphatic amine and adducts, phenalkamines and polyamidoamides. Suitable for processing by spray, roller or brush. Recommended for tank lining and floor coating applications. Lapox® ARFM-14 (XR-106) has a shelf-life of 2 years. Lapox® B-41 (ARB-20) by Atul is a bisphenol A-based, liquid epoxy resin modified with glycidyl ether of n-butanol. It is recommended for high solids coatings, chemical resistant tank linings and floor coatings. Lapox® ARFM-12 (XR-123) by Atul is a modified epoxy resin based on bisphenol-A/F blend. It has good resistance to crystallization at low temperature. Offers low viscosity at lower temperatures and good chemical resistance. It can be blended with Lapox® B-11 (DGEBA type) to prevent crystallization at a low temperature. It is used as room temperature curing systems in combination with aliphatic polyamines, cycloaliphatic amine and adducts, phenalkamines and polyamidoamides.
Lapox® ARFM-12 (XR-123) is recommended for floor coatings, solvent-free & high solid coatings and tank linings. It has a shelf-life of 2 years. Lapox® K-42 by Atul is modified aromatic amine hardener based on 4,4’-diamino diphenyl methane. It is suitable to cure epoxy resin at ambient temperature. It offers superior chemical resistance to acids, alkali and organic solvents when cured with modified and unmodified epoxy resins based on bisphenol-A and F. It offers very faster reactivity and short pot life at ambient temperature. Suitable for processing by brush, roller or spray coating. Lapox® K-42 is recommended for chemical resistant floorings, tank lining, solvent-free and high solids coatings application. It has a shelf-life of 1 year. Lapox® ARB-26 by Atul is a reactive diluent modified epoxy resin based on bisphenol-A. Cured films exhibit excellent gloss and is free from various defects like fish eyes, craters and air bubbles. Offers low mix viscosity of system, high filler loading, good wetting & leveling properties and high mechanical property. Shows resistance to mild acids and alkalis. Lapox® ARB-26 is recommended for solvent-free coating and floor topping applications. It has a shelf-life of 2 years. Lapox® ARPN-53 (XR-55) by Atul is a modified epoxy phenol novoalac resin with average 2.2 functionality recommended for coating applications. Lapox® K-302 by Atul is a transparent, modified cycloaliphatic amine curing agent. It is a low color, low viscosity adduct suitable to cure epoxy resin at ambient temperatures. Offers faster reactivity and is free from amine blush. It exhibits glossy surface appearance. The cured film has chemical resistance to acid, alkali, alcohols and hydrocarbon solvents. Suitable for application by brush, roller or spray. Lapox® K-302 is recommended for self-leveling flooring, solvent-free coating, protective-, decorative coatings and clear casting applications. It has a shelf-life of 1 year. Lapox® AH-727 by Atul is a low viscosity modified polyamine hardener suitable to cure epoxy resin at ambient temperature. It is designed for primer application on most problematic concrete surfaces including wet and damp conditions. It has outstanding adhesion with excellent penetration into concrete surfaces to prevent hydrostatic pressure beneath the surface. It is moisture insensitive and provides low temperature cure (up to 5°C). Lapox® AH-727 is recommended for high solids coatings and protective coating applications. It has a shelf-life of 1 year. Lapox® ARL-148 by Atul is a low viscosity epoxy resin recommended for polyester film coatings along with melamine formaldehyde curing agent (AH-343). Lapox® ARP-13 HT by Atul is an unmodified medium molecular weight solid epoxy resin based on bisphenol-A. It provides high glass transition temperature. It offers improved storage stability of finished products in tropical climate. It can be cured with dicyandiamide, accelerated dicyandiamide, various phenolic curing agents and carboxyl terminated polyesters. Lapox® ARP-13 HT is recommended for epoxy-polyester hybrid decorative powder coatings applications. It has a shelf-life of 2 years.
