AnTec C-60 by Anpeak Specialty Minerals is an engineered and structured calcined kaolin featuring high brightness. It has been dehydroxylated by controlled heat treatment for removal of crystalline-bound hydroxyl groups. It is used as a functional extender in coatings and paints. It exhibits excellent weather resistance and suitable for exterior wall applications. AnTec C-60 is used in water-based, solvent-based flat paint, eggshell paint, semi-gloss paint and specialty paint. AnTec C-98 by Anpeak Specialty Minerals is a pure aluminum silicate with ultra-high brightness and fine particle size. This calcined kaolin exhibits excellent opacity, strong tint strength, low residue and easy dispersion. It can improve gloss, brushability and stability of coating and prevents flooding & floating. It can also enhance film mechanical properties, moist-proof ability and impact resistance of coating system. AnTec C-98 plays a role in shielding UV & improving coatings properties like weather fastness, anti-corrosion, heat resistance and acid & alkali resistance. AnTec C-98S by Anpeak Specialty Minerals is a calcined kaolin and used as a filler. It is a high brightness and possesses ultra-fine particle size distribution. It has been dehydroxylated by controlled heat treatment for removal of crystalline-bound hydroxyl groups. Its fine-particle-size allows it to provide high opacity and tint strength. AnTec C-98S is suitable for waterborne and solvent-borne coatings, eggshell paints, semi-gloss paints and special paints. AnTec APS by Anpeak Specialty Minerals is superfine calcined kaolin. This grade is aluminum silicate with evenly distributed particle size, low abrasion, high oil absorption, excellent opacity, high viscosity and good flowability. It has been dehydroxylated by controlled heat treatment for removal of crystalline-bound hydroxyl groups. It improves brightness, opacity, blister resistance and ink receptivity with minimal impact to sheet and print gloss. AnTec APS is designed for use in thermal paper and coated paper. It can extend titanium dioxide, improve ink receptivity and glueability. AnTec PRO by Anpeak Specialty Minerals is a specially engineered calcined kaolin. This aluminum silicate provides very high scrub resistance properties and very low sheen with excellent hide. It offers excellent touch-up properties without the use of flatting agent. AnTec PRO is recommended for architectural paint applications. AnTec AP by Anpeak Specialty Minerals is aluminum silicate grade with high performance. It has been dehydroxylated by controlled heat treatment for removal of crystalline-bound hydroxyl groups. It improves brightness, opacity, blister resistance and ink receptivity with minimal impact to sheet and print gloss. In paperboard applications, AnTec AP can extend titanium dioxide, improve ink receptivity and glueability. AnTec C-OP by Anpeak Specialty Minerals is an engineered and structured calcined kaolin featuring ultra-high brightness. Its good dispersion and low electrical conductivity allow it to provide stability of electrophoretic paint. It provides excellent optical properties for titanium dioxide extension in coatings. AnTec C-OP is recommended for waterborne and solvent-borne coatings, eggshell paints, semi-gloss paints and OEM electrophoretic coatings. AnTec M03-010 by Anpeak Specialty Minerals is superfine calcined kaolin. It can improve mechanical and aging properties, enhancing film formation, density, brightness and impact strength. Because of its excellent dispersion and suspension properties, it can improve anti-sedimentation property of paints. AnTec M03-010 is suitable for electro-deposition coatings, printing inks and solvent-based paints.
