Alfadur O68 W65 is an urethane modified long oil alkyd resin based on sunflower/soybean oil (oil content ~68%). Exhibits good drying and very good through hardening, high gloss and gloss retention, very good water and yellowing resistance, very good brushability. Compatible with long oil alkyds, cellulose nitrate, aliphatic polyisocyanate, aromatic amino resins but not short oil alkyds. Suitable for use in parquet sealers, wood finishes, industrial and marine varnishes and paints. Alfadur T59 WS60 is an urethane and rosin modified long oil alkyd resin based on TOFA. Exhibits excellent drying and durability, high gloss and gloss retention, resistance is mild in humid conditions and very good mechanical properties. Compatible with long oil alkyds, cellulose nitrate, aliphatic polyisocyanate, aromatic polyisocyanate, amino resins but not short oil alkyds. Suitable for use in car repair paints, agricultural machines, industrial finishes and primers.
