AKPEROX CH80 by AKPA Kimya is used for curing of unsaturated polyester resins at elevated temperatures. It is suitable for hot-press molding formulations such as SMC, DMC and BMC in the temperature range of 120-170°C. This grade is 1,1-di-(tert-butylperoxy) cyclohexane. AKPEROX CH80 is recommended for use in gel coats. Its shelf life is 6 months. It complies with REACH regulation EC No 1907/2006 and regulation EC No 1272/2008. AKPEROX LPT-N by AKPA Kimya is a general purpose MEKP (methyl ethyl ketone peroxide) for curing unsaturated polyester resins at room and high temperatures by AKPA Kimya. It offers long gelling time. AKPEROX LPT-N is suitable for gel coat applications with hydrogen peroxide content besides low water content to prevent bubbles and cracks for surface quality. It is recommended to be used with vinyl ester resins. Its shelf life is 3 months. It complies with REACH regulation EC No 1907/2006 and regulation EC No 1272/2008. AKPEROX CMP75 by AKPA Kimya is a liquid polymerization initiator for the room temperature cure with slow gel time. It provides good final cure and low impurity level advantages. This grade is blend of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide and cumyl hydroperoxide. AKPEROX CMP75 is suitable for use in gel coats. Its shelf life is 6 months. It complies with REACH regulation EC No 1907/2006 and regulation EC No 1272/2008. AKPEROX LPT by AKPA Kimya is a general purpose MEKP (methyl ethyl ketone peroxide) for curing unsaturated polyester resins at room and high temperatures. It provides long gelling time. It provides fast cure that is hardly influenced by the humidity and fillers. AKPEROX L40S is designed for use in gel coats. Its shelf life is 6 months. AKPEROX CH50 by AKPA Kimya is used as an initiator in petro-chemistry during polymerization process of ethylene under high pressure with other peroxides at temperature between 120-160°C. This grade is 1,1-di-(tert-butylperoxy) cyclohexane. It is designed for use in gel coats. The recommended shelf life of AKPEROX CH50 is 6 months. It complies with REACH regulation EC No 1907/2006 and regulation EC No 1272/2008. AKPEROX A1 by AKPA Kimya is general purpose, methyl ethyl ketone peroxide. It is recommended for curing unsaturated polyester (UP) resin at room temperature. It is used together with metal salts as accelerator. It is suitable for gel coating. The shelf life of AKPEROX A1 is 6 months. It complies with REACH regulation EC No 1907/2006, regulation EC No 1272/2008 and commission regulation EU No 2015/830. AKPEROX CMP50 by AKPA Kimya is a liquid polymerization initiator for the room temperature cure with slow gel time. This grade is blend of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide and cumyl hydroperoxide.
