Megasil ZX by 20 Microns is synthetic sodium magnesium aluminum silicate derived from co-precipitating silicate under controlled condition. It improves opacity and printability of paper on account of its high scattering coefficient by generating interface between air. The porous nature of the particles tends to increase the bulk and rigidity of paper. Due to strong resistance to acid and acidic pH, Megasil ZX permits problem free process even in an acid sizing process. Megasil 50H/30 by 20 Microns acts as a abrasion resistance and scrub resistance agent. It is a synthetic sodium with very good spacing behavior. It provides improved stain resistance and stain removal. Megasil 50H/30 is used in powder coating, industrial/OEM coating/coil coatings and printing inks. Megasil - 50H by 20 Microns is a magnesium aluminum silicate. It is derived from coprecipitating silicate under controlled condition. Megasil - 50H improves brightness, opacity, and printability of board on account of its high powder brightness and scattering power. Its fine particle size improves the smoothness of the board.
