Vinyl Resin UM62 by YangGuang Resin is a solution of vinyl resin. It is a high molecular weight copolymer of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate. It offers good adhesion to PVC substrates. It provides a good balance of chemical resistance, solubility, film strength and thermo plasticity. It exhibits good toughness, durable flexibility, heat stability, waterproof and air tightness. It shows excellent oil grease, diluted acid, alkali, wearing, chemical, light and salt solution resistance. It possesses resistance to hydrocarbons and alcohols like petroleum solvent. It is applied as a pigment media for color sheets and paints. It forms a thin film by solvent evaporation. It is compatible with low viscosity and ester-soluble nitrocellulose. It is suitable for making varnish for paper, strippable coatings, cement, brick construction and road marking paints. It is mainly applied in PVC plastic color printing inks as binder. Vinyl Resin UM62 complies with Chinese Food Packaging Application PVC Resin Sanitary Standard, Code No. GB4803.
