EPIKURE™ Curing Agent 8537-WY-60 by Westlake Epoxy is a curing agent. It is a water reducible amine adduct supplied at 60% solids in water, 2-propoxyethanol and glacial acetic acid. It possesses very good early water spot and wash-off resistance. This grade provides good color, overnight recoat, water cleanup, resistance to flash rusting. It offers very good film properties at low temperature bakes.
- It is solvent resistant as compared to solvent based epoxy system.
- It imparts bridging of voids and freedom from mud cracking in block fill coatings.
- EPIKURE™ Curing Agent 8537-WY-60 is used in industrial maintenance applications such as primers, masonry coatings, block fills and enamels.
