Tolonate™ HDT-LV2 by Wanhua Chemical is an aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer (HDI homo-polymer). It is 100% solid product (solvent-free) and well adapted for low VOC formulation. Exhibits excellent durability and mechanical properties in conjunction with outstanding resistance to solvents, abrasion and chemicals.
  • It can be used in hydroxylated polymers, especially polyesters and polyacrylates, in the preparation of two component polyurethane systems.
  • It is suitable for water-borne, high solids low-VOC two component (2K) polyurethanes coatings and varnishes.
  • Recommended for automotive-, general industry-, protective-, concrete flooring-, and wood coatings.
  • It has a shelf life of 9 months.
