VINNAPAS® SAF 72

Dispersion of a special copolymer of styrene and acrylic acid ester, produced without ammonia and providing maximum freedom in the choice of coalescing agent. It is a fine-particle polymer. It is free of solvents and plasticizers. Has excellent pigment-binding capacity, very good adhesion to inorganic substrates and excellent shear stability at pH value above 7.5, therefore is easy to process. Film produced from this dispersion have excellent resistance to water and alkalis, with only slight water absorption and greatly delayed whitening. Also possesses medium viscosity and high pseudoplasticity. It responds well to small amounts of thickening agents. Recommended applications include exterior dispersion based coating and roof coating.
