Easaqua™ X D 870

Easaqua™ X D 870 by Vencorex is a ready-to-use, water-dispersible aliphatic polyisocyanate. It acts as a hardener for high performance, light fastening, two-pack waterborne polyurethane coatings. It is used as cross-linker of waterborne hydroxy functional polymers, especially polyacrylics or urethane-acrylics hybrids and polyurethane dispersions. It is suitable for use in wood coatings (on site and industrial applications) for fast drying, improved stackability (e.g: kitchen and office furniture), rapid hardness developments (e.g. for parquet floorings), combined with high abrasion resistance, concrete floorings. Easaqua™ X D 870 imparts fast drying, low emissions, low odor and high gloss to coatings. As it is not labeled flammable, it does not require special storage conditions. It exhibits best-in-class balance between compatibility and ease of emulsification into aqueous systems, together with superior performances in terms of drying time and productivity improvement, as well as high chemical resistance. Its low viscosity makes it ready to use. It has a shelf life of 6 months.
