Hombitec® RM 400 WP by Venator Materials is a micronized transparent rutile coated with aluminium oxide in water. It contains dispersant, defoamer and propylene glycol. Used as an UV-absorber for solvent-based and water-borne systems such as transparent colorless wood preservatives for outdoor use and floor coatings. Offers uniform crystalline size, high transparency and low inherent coloration. It maintains very good weather resistance and dispersibility. Recommended dosage level of Hombitec® RM 400 WP is 1.5-3.0 % pigment volume concentration.
