PANSIL® UltraSpheres 8000 by Tolsa is a high strength, very fine particle size, hard, inert silica-alumina ceramic microsphere. Provides increased abrasion resistance, improved corrosion resistance and reduced cost per volume. Its advantages include increased filler loadings, improved flow & leveling, less shrinkage and warpage and increased hardness. PANSIL® UltraSpheres 8000 is used in radiation-curable inks, primer, high solids- and water reducible industrial coatings, powder- and pipe coatings as well as coil-, aircraft-, corrosion resistant maintenance- and marine coatings.
