PANSIL® UltraSpheres 2000 by Tolsa is a fine particle size, very
high strength, hard, inert silica-alumina ceramic microsphere. Its advantages include increased filler loadings, lower VOCs, improved flow & leveling, less shrinkage and warpage and increased hardness. Provides increased abrasion resistance, improved corrosion resistance and reduced cost per volume. PANSIL® UltraSpheres 2000 is used in radiation-curable inks, primer, high solids- and water reducible industrial coatings, powder- and pipe coatings as well as coil-, aircraft-, corrosion resistant maintenance- and marine coatings.
