ADINS® Fireproof Sil-1 by Tolsa acts as a flame retardant. It is an organomodified, high purity, ultrafine and natural occurring needle-like silicate. It works synergistically with most of flame retardants on polymeric systems, strongly boosting char formation during combustion and protecting polymer from further fire propagation.
- It is suitable with thermoplastic & elastomers (specially for silicone and PC).
- It is used in paints and coatings.
