It acts as a matting agent. Exhibits low oil absorption value, good dispersion, good matting property, high transparency and recoatability. It’s postaddition is quite suitable for adjusting luster. Provides strict particle size distribution and anti-settling effects. Reduces the generation of bubble and avoids flocculation of resins. Reinforces the mechanical properties of water-based coatings. Used in oil base wood coatings, UV photocuring coatings and oil inks.
