BV 809 by Tianyi Chemical Engineering Material acts as a matting agent. Exhibits low oil absorption value, good dispersion, good matting property, high transparency and recoatability. It’s postaddition is quite suitable for adjusting luster. The organic treatment to the surface of colloidal particle strengthens the suspension property of micro powder and hence makes the appearance of the coatings more stable. Provides strict particle size distribution and anti-settling effects. Reduces the generation of bubble and avoids flocculation of resins. Reinforces the mechanical properties of water-based coatings. BV 809 is used in oil base wood coatings, UV photocuring coatings and oil inks.
