Sicotrans® Red L 2817 by Sun Chemical (DIC) is a transparent red iron oxide pigment. It shows excellent durability therefore used as durability enhancer in metallic and pearl colors, especially at low tint levels. It is best choice for reddish metallic shades of beige, gold, copper and brown. Sicotrans® Red L 2817 is designed for solvent borne automotive and wood coatings. It is recommended for interior and exterior coatings applications.
