CATHAYCOAT™ YA21ELV distributed by DKSH is a low viscosity, high-quality inorganic pigment based on synthetic black iron oxide. It is suitable for wide range of coatings like architectural paints, industrial coatings, product finishes, wood stains and inks.
  • It has excellent dispersion, high tint strength and blue shade undertone.
  • It gives a solution for flocculation and floatation problems commonly associated with carbon black pigments.
  • This cost-effective pigment eliminates the need for more expensive dispersant additives and pre-dispersed liquid pigment concentrates.
  • It shows high heat stability, excellent weathering and light fastness.
  • It is produced with strict quality tolerances and reliable performance, which offer outstanding opacity, acid and alkali resistance, chemical resistance, exterior durability and compatibility.
  • It is highly micronized to offer easy dispersion with high-speed impeller (Cowles type) milling equipment or single & twin screw extruders.
