AV-15F by Sumitomo Seika Chemicals is a thickener, water-retention agent, suspending & dispersing agent and protective colloid. It is a nonionic cellulose ether that remains chemically and physically stable over a wide pH range. It dissolves readily in both cold water and hot water. AV-15F can be stored for long periods without degrading. It is recommended for water-based paints. It shows stable viscosity & do not gel at either high or low temperatures.
