HEUCOPHOS® ACP by Sudarshan Chemical Industries is a zinc-free anti-corrosive pigment based on organically modified calcium orthophosphate. It is designed for wash- & shop primers, protective coatings, direct to metal (DTM) coatings, powder coatings and UV cured systems.
  • It possesses improved pigment structure, particle size distribution and dispersibility.
  • It is used as an alternative to versatile pigments for long-term performance.
  • It is suitable for solvent-based coatings based on short- & medium oil alkyds, high solids alkyds & epoxies, epoxy esters, 2K epoxies & polyurethanes, and silicone resins.
  • HEUCOPHOS® ACP is also used in water-based coatings based on alkyd emulsions, 2K epoxies (with low or no VOCs), 1K polyurethanes, acrylic & modified acrylics, and butadiens.
