SINOPOL 1213 by Sino-Japan Chemical is polyoxyethylene oleyl cetyl ether for use in pigments, paints and inks. It acts as a wetting agent and aqueous system dispersant. SINOPOL 1213 results in better flowing ability and working ability of emulsion paints. It is a non-ionic surfactant with HLB value of 13.7.
