AQUAVEX® L Premier 021 by Silberline is a leafing, extremely reflective polished silver effect aluminum grade. It is essentially free of hydrocarbon solvents and has medium fine particle size. It is carried in a low foaming, non-ionic surfactant which contributes to the low dusting property. It contains a passivating agent to minimize the release of hydrogen gas that can occur when aluminum flake is in contact with water. It combines in one product, the easy dispersibility of WD grades and the gassing resistance of AQUAPASTE®. AQUAVEX® L Premier 021 is used for water-based industrial paints and flexographic as well as gravure inks applications.
