Naugard® FOAMPLUS LE 5

Naugard® FOAMPLUS LE 5 by SI Group is the ultra low emissive liquid antioxidant formulation for scorch protection of polyether and polyester polyols used for production of polyurethane, especially flexible slabstock foams. It provides good protection against degradation due to heat and oxygen. It is designed to meet the stringent VOC and FOG emissions specifications (such as VDA 278) as set by the automotive industry. It is superior as it significantly reduces emissions compared to current industry standards. Naugard® FOAMPLUS LE 5 has a low viscosity and is therefore easily dosable. It is recommended for coating and automotive applications. Its typical usage levels in polyols ranges from 3.50 ppm to 4.50 ppm as starting concentration. As post treatment additive, the concentration ranges from 4.00 ppm to 8.00 ppm.
