Borchi® Nox 614 by Borchers (Milliken) is a phenolic antioxidant. It also acts as an anti-skinning agent and flow promoter. It is a 40% solution of a phenolic modified resin in xylene and methoxy propanol. It is suitable for air-drying and stove-drying systems, colorless as well as pigmented coatings based on air-drying oils and alkyd resins.
- It promotes through-drying, enhances the gloss and has anti-wrinkle properties.
- Borchi® Nox 614 is fully compatible with solvent-, oil-based and high-solids paints.
- Recommended dosage level is 2-4% by weight.
