FEISPARTIC® F524 by Shenzhen Feiyang Protech is a solvent-free polyaspartic polyurea resin and acts as an amino-functional co-reactant for polyisocyanates. It exhibits low viscosity, high solid content, high reactivity, high hardness up to 2H, and touch dry in 20-30 minutes when it reacts with HDI Trimer to improve production efficiency. Suitable for the formulation of waterproof- and high-solid or solvent-free coatings.
  • As compared to F420 and F520, its reaction activity is between them, and offers better toughness.
  • Its films possess excellent fullness, leveling performance and high gloss.
  • It shows excellent weather-, abrasive-, water-, solvent-, acid- & alkali-, and salt spray resistance & other properties.
  • It provides excellent adhesion with ABS, PC, PVC & other plastics, and a variety of metals.
  • It has excellent compatibility with most hydroxy acrylic resin and cab.
  • It is used in various high-grade fields such as automobile- and wood paints as it improves the fullness, gloss & hardness and speeds up the drying.
  • FEISPARTIC® F524 can be used to make anti-corrosion coatings for steel structures, oil pipelines and other light or heavy anti-corrosion fields.
  • It is also used for foam landscape, concrete waterproof materials, and other fields like floor- and wind-blade coating such as gel coat, putty & topcoat.
  • It has a shelf life of 12 months.
