FEISPARTIC® F423

FEISPARTIC® F423 by Shenzhen Feiyang Protech is a polyaspartic resin and solvent-free amino-functional co-reactant for polyisocyanates. It has high purity and very low content of diethyl fumarate. It exhibits low viscosity and is suitable for high-solid or solvent-free coatings. It has high reactivity, which helps improve production efficiency, and reacts with HDI Trimer to dry within 15 minutes.

• It forms coating films with excellent fullness, leveling performance and high gloss.
• It provides outstanding resistance to weather, water, solvents, acids, alkalis and salt spray, with hardness up to 2H and excellent abrasion resistance.
• It offers excellent adhesion to ABS, PC, PVC, other plastics and various metals.
• It has excellent compatibility with most hydroxy acrylic resin and cab.
• It can be used with elastic curing agents to produce flexible materials with excellent mechanical properties (elongation up to 400%, tensile strength of 25 MPa).
• It can also be used with rigid curing agents such as HDI Trimer (or dimer) to form rigid films with a hardness of 2H.
• It can serve as a chain extender or R component in Spray Polyurea Elastic (SPUA) systems.
• It can be used in making anti-corrosion coatings for steel structures, oil pipelines and other light or heavy anti-corrosion fields.
• It is suitable for use in various high-grade paint fields, including automobile and wood paints, where it improves fullness, gloss, hardness and drying speed.
• It is also suitable for wind blade coating applications such as gel coats, putty, and topcoats.
• It can be used for foam landscape materials, concrete waterproof coatings, and similar fields.
• FEISPARTIC® F423 has a shelf life of 12 months.
