CeraSPERSE UV 636 by Shamrock Technologies acts as a slip control agent and abrasion resistance agent. It is carnauba wax dispersed in the UV monomer TRPGDA. It is manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. Its compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. Provides slip (Low COF), clarity, gloss retention, block and scuff resistance properties. CeraSPERSE UV 636 is used in UV topcoats. Recommended dosage level is 2-4%. It meets the requirements of 21 CFR 175.105, 175.300, 175.320, 176.170 and 176.180.
