AROFLINT® 404-XX-60 by Reichhold (Polynt) is non-isocyanate acid functional polyester resin. It is a clear amber colored grade with ester-like odor. Exhibits outstanding stain and chemical resistance. Possesses excellent durability & flexibility, wide formulating latitude and long pot life. Offers brilliant gloss and depth of image for a “wet” look. Also offers rough abrasion resistant films. Compatible with two-component polyester-epoxy systems. It is used in combination with an oxirane-modified ester such as AROFLINT® 303-X-90, AROFLINT® 608 or EPOTUF® 607 at various ratios to yield high performance coatings where excellent appearance, durability and toughness are required. Applications of AROFLINT® 404-XX-60 include tool & implement coatings, marine & industrial maintenance finishes, transportation & aerospace coatings, porcelain coatings & bathtub refinishes and enamels.
