ACRYTAN 3003 by Pidilite Industries is an aqueous solution of acrylic polymer specially designed for retanning of chrome, semi-chrome or vegetable-tanned leather. It possesses good light fastness and imparts leveled dying. It offers excellent grain tightness. Due to its molecular structure, it deeply penetrates into the leather and does not affect the grain clarity. As compared with other acrylic syntans, it does not bleach color. ACRYTAN 3003 is specially recommended for shoe upper leather. It can be applied preferably in combination with other anionic retanning or filling agents. Recommended to be used at 3.0-5.0%.
