EXOdis PC440

EXOdis PC440 by PCC Exol is a plant-derived, non-ionic dispersing and wetting agent. It is available as aqueous solution of concentration of around 90%. It is free of alkylphenol ethoxylates and has low VOC & low viscosity. It causes a strong deflocculation of pigment particles, significantly reducing the viscosity of the concentrate and allowing higher pigment loading compared to traditional agents.

• It is compatible with widely used dispersions and rheology agents.
• It is safe, biodegradable, non-animal tested and is non-classified according to CLP.
• It is recommended for water concentrates of organic pigments & carbon black and for decorative paints for interior & exterior.
• It is also used to produce eco-friendly paints, also certified with the Ecolabel or Blue Angel marks.
• It can be used as a means of compatibilizing the ingredients in the final dyeing product.
• The recommended dosage level of EXOdis PC440 is 5-30% in pigment concentrates and 0.1-1.0% in a ready-to-use paint formulation.
