PAT-ADD DA 701 by Patcham (FZC) acts as amphoteric dispersing agents for solvent-borne paints, inks, plasticizers and colorants. It is multifunctional and compatible with a wide range of solvent-borne paint systems. It exhibits strong adsorption properties onto a wide variety of pigment surfaces, contributing to best dispersion stability. It is strongly adsorbed onto inorganic pigments and extenders, contributing to enhanced steric stabilization against re-flocculation. Optimizes the milling process, enabling higher pigment loading. It offers excellent color development and strong prevention of pigment flocculation, floating, flooding, and pigment settling. Also has excellent compatibility with alkyd resins, minimal risks of unwanted side effects, minimal effect on heat stability if used in plasticized PVC systems. It has an additional dosage level of 0.3 and 0.8% on the total weight of paint formulation. PAT-ADD DA 701 has an shelf life of 24 months.
