OXFILM® 351 by OXEA acts as a coalescent agent, anti-blocking, scrub & stain resistance agent and a free-thaw controller. It has low odor and almost zero VOC. Also acts as a permanent plasticizer yielding a slightly softer film. To compensate a slightly harder, higher Tg, resin is required to obtain the desired final film hardness. In the presence of sufficient binder, it has a positive effect on scrub resistance. OXFILM® 351 is recommended for paints, semi-gloss coatings and high-gloss coatings.
