EPOCROS™ WS-700 by Nippon Shokubai is a VOC-free adhesion promoter and a waterborne crosslinker based on acrylic, high oxazoline functionalized reactive copolymer. The new crosslinking technology enhances the reactivity between oxazoline groups and carboxy groups through a heating and mixing process involving EPOCROS™ WS and a carboxy group-containing emulsion with a specific neutralization rate.
- It offers lower curing temperature, excellent storage stability, no peeling and long pot life for one packaging.
- It provides film properties, low toxicity, fast drying and improved water- & heat resistance.
- EPOCROS™ WS-700 allows crosslinking reaction at low temperature (80-120°C) and without any by-product.
- It exhibits high reactivity and performance expression with even small addition.
- It offers excellent adhesion to polyethylene terephthalate (PET), oriented polypropylene (OPP) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
- Recommended for coatings (metals, films, paper, plastics, leather), primer (film, plastics, building materials, automobiles, PVB inks), paints, inks and pigment printing.
- It is registered with CSCA (Japan), TSCA (USA), REACH EU and IECSC (China) regulations.
