EPOCROS™ K-2035E by Nippon Shokubai acts as an adhesion promoter and a waterborne crosslinking agent. It is a hard, VOC-free styrene/acrylic-based oxazoline functionalized reactive copolymer. It provides film properties, low toxicity, fast drying and improved water- & heat resistance. It shows excellent adhesion particularly to polyester such as PET and controllable appearance by glass transition temperature adjustment. It offers crosslinking reaction at low temperature (80-120°C) and without any by-product. It exhibits high reactivity with carboxyl groups and performance expression with even small addition. It has a long pot life for one packaging. EPOCROS™ K-2035E is used in coatings (metals, films, paper, plastics, leather), primer (film, plastics, building materials, automobiles, PVB inks), paints, inks and pigment printing. It is registered with Japan, TSCA (USA), REACH EU (EEA) and pre-registered with KECL (Korea) regulations.
