NEVOXY® EPX-L by Neville Chemical is a low molecular weight, phenolic modified styrenic liquid hydrocarbon resin produced by catalytic polymerization of petroleum derived feedstocks. Used to improve flow, extend a formulation to allow higher filler loadings, regulate pot life, or improve formulation flexibility for light-colored, solvent-free epoxy coatings. Offers good compatibility with most epoxy resins and curing agents, low volatility, and high degree of retention of physical properties on aging. NEVOXY® EPX-L can be used in primer formulations to improve intercoat adhesion.
