121 by Nagase Specialty Materials is a low viscosity 1,4-Bis[(3-ethyl-3-oxetanylmethoxy)methyl]benzene. Exhibits low shrinkage, high adhesion, high safety and no oxygen inhibition. It can reduce the viscosity and increases the cure speed of glycidyl ethers. It is highly reactive and polymerize by ring opening polymerization. Designed for cationic UV curing polymerization. Recommended for IR shielding coatings & cationic UV curable coating for food can coating, flexographic ink and resist applications. 121 is listed in TSCA, LVE exemption.
