UV 571 by MPI Chemie is a liquid ultraviolet light absorber (UVA) of the hydroxyphenyl benzotriazole class. It is 2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-6-dodecyl-4-methylphenol, branched and linear. UV 571 imparts good light stability to a variety of polymers. It can be applied in coating and printing & packaging.
