Microspersion® 190-50

Microspersion® 190-50 by Micro Powders is a non-ionic water-based dispersion of a unique, high-performance composite of low-density polyethylene and PTFE wax. It is convenient, ready-to-use, pourable, offering maximum abrasion and burnish resistance with superior surface durability. It provides improved surface abrasion resistance and film toughness. The low-density polyethylene exhibits superior surface toughness, durability and mar resistance whereas PTFE enhances anti-blocking and film hardness properties. Microspersion® 190-50 finds application in water-based floor-, coil-, industrial coatings (plastic, metal, masonry and leather), architectural wall and trim paints, stains, sealers and varnishes as well as printing inks and OPV's (flexo and gravure). It has a recommended additional level of 2.0 - 5.0%.
