BLS® 1130

Blend of benotriazole and polyethylene glycol. Acts as a UV absorber/light stabilizer. It offers excellent protection against ultraviolet degradation. Shows excellent miscibility and low volatility. It is compatible with a wide variety of systems including water-based. It extends life time of coatings by minimizing defects such as loss of gloss and cracking. It can also be used in combination with hindered amine light stabilizers to provide significantly enhanced performance. Used in automotive clear coat and base coat coatings, industrial coatings, paints, and wood stains.
