HEXAFOR™ 676 by Maflon is a solvent-free, water-soluble, ethoxylated non-ionic fluorosurfactant. It reduces orange peel effect, surface tension and interfacial tension at very low concentrations. It is based on short-chain molecule containing 6 fluorinated carbon atoms, that cannot breakdown to PFOA in the environment. It is stable in both acidic and basic conditions. It can be used as an emulsifying agent. HEXAFOR™ 676 is suitable for water-based paint, coatings and inks. The shelf life of the grade is 2 years.
