HEXAFOR™ 672 by Maflon is ethoxylated non-ionic fluorsurfactant. It reduces effectively surface tension of water and solvent-based systems and orange peel effects. It improves wetting and leveling properties. It has high property in terms of dynamic surface tension, allowing the coating formulations to reach rapidly the low values of static surface tensions. It is suitable for paints and coatings. HEXAFOR™ 672 is also used in inks. Recommended dosage level is 0.1% and 1% as supplied product based upon total formulation. The shelf life of the grade is 2 years.
