Lanco™ PE 1500 F by Lubrizol is a micronized, hard polyethylene wax. Possesses homogeneous particle size distribution which makes it readily dispersible. Provides scratch-, abrasion-, polishing-, scuffing- and metal mark resistance. Offers gloss control by slight matting effect and increased slip. Recommended dosage level ranges between 0.25-2% to improve surface finish and 1-5% to provide matting. Lanco™ PE 1500 F is used in wood coatings, varnishes, industrial and powder coatings. Compatible with alkyds, 2K epoxies, nitrocellulose, PVC, polyesters and 2K, moisture cure and oil modified PU. It has a shelf life of 1825 days.
