Charge promoter SA2483

Charge promoter SA2483 by Lu'An Jietonda New Material is long-chain fatty acid ester used as charge-enhancing agent to improve powder coating transfer-efficiency and minimize Faraday-Cage effects during application. Charge promoter SA2483 possesses quite good thermo-stability and anti-yellowing properties. Has no catalytic activity and does not affect the gloss as well as gel time of coat. Differing from general amine based charge-enhancing agent, SA2483 provides improved substrate wetting to result in better flow and appearance of powder coatings. The use level is 0.3-0.6% by weight calculated on total formulation.
