Charge enhancing agent SA2485 by Lu'An Jietonda New Material is polar fatty acid derivative used as charge-enhancing agent. Improves the transfer-efficiency and minimize Faraday-Cage effects during application. Also improves the leveling and has less pinholes as well as craters. Possesses improved substrate wetting. Charge enhancing agent SA2485 can be used in a broad range of powder coatings based on PES/TGIC, PES/HAA, hybrid, epoxy, PU and acrylate. The use level is 0.2-0.5% by weight calculated on total formula.
