Accelerator SA316

Accelerator SA316 by Luan Jietonda Company acts as curing accelerator for powder coatings based on epoxy, epoxy/polyester hybrid and polyester/TGIC to improve curing performance. It is free flowing, non hygroscopic crystalline solid. It may also be used as an internal catalyst for carboxyl terminated polyester resin to provide lower cure temperature or shorter baking time. Imparts better catalytic activity and thermal stability when compared the quaternary ammonium salt compounds widely used. The use level is 0.05-0.5% by total weights of formulation. Accelerator SA316 has a shelf life of 2 years.
