LAVIOSA VISCOGEL™ B7

LAVIOSA VISCOGEL™ B7 by Laviosa Minerals is a bentonite clay modified with quaternary alkyl ammonium compound. It exhibits medium to high polarity. Acts as a rheology modifier. It provides thixotropic effect, sag control and excellent levelling. It shows good performance in solvents like aromatics, cellosolve, acetates, ketones, glycols and alcohols. It is compatible with resins like epoxy, nitrocellulose, polyacrylate, polyester, polyurethane and polyvinyl. It prevents pigments for long term pigment storage settling. LAVIOSA VISCOGEL™ B7 is suitable for anticorrosive paints, antifouling paints, industrial finishes and foundry mold paints. Recommended for house & industrial paints (at dosage level 0.2% - 0.6%), primers & printing inks (at dosage level 0.5% - 1.0%), and for applications with strong anti-sagging properties (at dosage level upto 3.0%). The shelf life of this product is 36 months.
