Preventol® D 8 by LANXESS is a versatile, easy to use, in-can preservative based on isothiazolinones and TMAD. It is used for the preservation of aqueous coatings. It possesses broad microbiological spectrum of activity against bacteria, including formaldehyde-resistant species, fungi, yeast & algae and rapid onset of action. The stability pH range is 2.5-9. The shelf life of Preventol® D 8 is one year.
