IPEL® Olus 2000 by LANXESSis a natural additive based on terpene derivatives and vegetable extracts. It exhibits broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity against yeast, gram-positive & gram-negative bacteria. It has conservative action, eliminating the need for synthetic preservatives and thereby contributing to the production of more sustainable products. It has low odor and is easy to handle. It is highly stable under wide pH and temperature ranges. It shows good compatibility with surfactants and anionic-, cationic & non-ionic proteins. IPEL® Olus 2000 is used in water-based paints and emulsions. The recommended dosage level is 0.25-0.70%. The shelf life is 12 months.
